Non-Sturdy Brothers Products

Any item not branded Sturdy Brothers requires prior return authorization before being shipped back.

Unauthorized returns for non-Sturdy Brothers products may be refused or returned to sender.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email customerservice@sturdybrothers.com to request return authorization and instructions.

Once approved, complete the return form and include it inside your return shipment.

Ship the item back according to the instructions provided in your authorization email.
Returns sent without prior authorization (when required) or without the completed return form may delay processing.
